Are unqualified people allowed to do conveyancing?
Yes, provided they do it for themselves! Solicitors and Licenced Conveyancers do conveyancing for profit. They need a licence for that but you can do your own conveyancing without a licence.

So I can sell my house entirely without a Solicitor?
Yes you can if it is not security for money you owe, such as a mortgage.

So if I have a mortgage I can not do my own conveyancing?
You still can for the most part but you'll probably need a bit of help here and there. We are here to provide that help and you'll still save most of the fee.
